Do you sell replacement lenses?

Absolutely, we do sell replacement lenses! If you wish to change the lenses on your SunGod product, you can shop our Lens Replacement Kits here. Simply select the model you have and pick your preferred lens tech and colour you like. Please note that these replacement kits are available specifically for non-prescription lenses and non-limited edition product. For prescription lenses, replacement options are not available as lenses are custom-made for each frame.

For limited edition product, we do not stock replacement parts and those are only sold as a full prebuilt pair, therefore, the lenses cannot be replaced.

Inserting your new lenses into the frame is super easy, and you can find the instructions on our Owners' Guides. 😊 If you are looking for more customization options, you can register your interest to be notified about future services offered by SunGod.

How do I know I've received the correct lenses?

Need to check which lens technology you have in your SunGods? Not to worry, our lenses are engraved to make sure you know which lens technology you have received. 👍

Standard Lenses - Our standard lenses are the only lenses that come with no engraving.

Standard Polarised Lenses - Our standard polarised lenses have the word 'Polarised' engraved into the left-hand lens.

8KO Lenses - Our 8KO lenses all have a small '8KO' engraved into the left-hand lens.

8KO Polarised Lenses - Our 8KO polarised lenses will all have a small '8KOP' engraved into the left-hand lens.

8KO Iris Photochromic Lenses - Our 8KO Iris lenses all have a small 'IRIS' engraved into the left side of the lens.

Please note: Our photochromic lenses respond to changes in UV, so they darken/lighten over a period of a few minutes when outdoors in natural light. It should appear almost completely clear when in dull conditions or indoors, and darken when in bright natural light. The best way to test if you've received the correct Iris lens is to try wearing the sunglasses outdoors in bright sunlight for at least 5 minutes.

How do I use the Lens Cleaning Kit?

To use the lens cleaning kit, spray from a short distance directly onto the lens of your SunGod product and gently wipe clean with the enclosed microfibre cloth. To grab a Lens Cleaning Kit check out the link here.

The Lens Cleaning Kit is compatible with our Lifestyle Series™ and Pace Series™ products. It is not compatible with Snow Series™ products.

Our Lens Cleaning Kit contains a 100% natural, non-toxic and harmless solution. Do not ingest.

How do I care for my SunGods?

Your SunGods Lenses are made from ultra-durable materials, but a little extra care will ensure they last even longer. 💪

SunGod lenses are scratch-resistant, not scratchproof. To help maintain the optical clarity of your lenses, we recommend always transporting and storing your SunGods in the 100% microfibre pouch provided or in a specialised sunglasses case.
Never place your SunGod lenses down on hard or abrasive surfaces, or leave unprotected in your pocket or bag where sharp objects may cause lens damage.
SunGod lenses should only be cleaned with the provided 100% microfibre pouch. Regular cleaning will help to extend the life of your lenses.
SunGod lenses are salt water safe, but prolonged exposure may over time damage the coating on your lenses. Always rinse thoroughly with fresh warm water after exposure to salt water, sun cream or sweat.

To clean your SunGods, polish the lenses with the Microfibre pouch, which doubles up as a cleaning cloth. If there are stubborn marks or grease on the lenses, simply run them under warm fresh water, using a small amount of washing up liquid or soap. Let your SunGods dry and then polish them with your Microfibre pouch to remove any watermarks from the lenses.
