The style or colour doesn't quite suit you? No problem - you can exchange any non-custom SunGods within 30 days of delivery for as long as they are returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. 📦

❗ Custom SunGods aren't eligible for exchanges as they are hand-built to order, which means they are not fit for resale. However, SunGod provides the flexibility to upgrade Limited Edition or non-customizable SunGods by returning them and placing an order for a custom product instead. To submit an exchange or return request, please follow these steps:

1. Visit the SunGod Returns Portal here.

2. Follow the steps on the form to submit your return.

3. Don't forget to let us know which style, frame, lens, icons, and ear socks (if applicable) you would like in exchange by including this information in the box asking for a description of the issue. Our team will take care of the rest! 😊

4. Await approval of the return request before sending your item back.

5. Once approved, ship your product back to the address provided.
