How long your SunGod order takes to arrive depends on when you order, where it's going and the delivery option you choose.

When will my order be despatched?

Orders placed before 3pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, are despatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are despatched the next working day.

How long does UK delivery take?

• Royal Mail (£4.95, free on orders over £100): usually arrives 2–4 working days after despatch. For example, an order despatched on Monday usually arrives between Wednesday and Friday.

• DHL (£9.95): arrives the next working day after despatch.

How long does delivery outside the UK take?

SunGod ships orders outside the UK with Global-E. You can choose Standard or Air (Express) delivery at checkout. Delivery times and prices depend on your country and are shown at checkout once you've entered your address.

How long do prescription orders take?

Prescription SunGods are delivered within 2–3 weeks of uploading your prescription and PD. Read How do I track my prescription order?

Use the tracking link in your despatch email to see where your order is. If your order is past its estimated delivery date, get in touch with your order number. Read more in How can I track the status of my order?
