All prescrption prescription orders usually take 10-15 working days to be delivered from the moment your prescription and PD (Pupillary Distance) files have successfully be uploaded to our portal. You will have received an invitation to upload your prescription files via email, which you can upload whenever you are ready.

If you need to track the progress of your order, please contact our customer support team by submitting a ticket via our chatbot. Please note that we cannot expedite prescription orders once they have been placed.
