The SunGod Lifetime Guarantee applies to all SunGod Classics³, Renegades™️, Sierras™️, Zephyrs™️, Tempests™️, Vulcans™️, Airas™️, Ultras™️, Velans™️, FORTY2s, Revolts™️, Snipers™️, and Vanguards™️. It covers these products in the event of manufacturing defects or accidental breakage. If your product breaks - whether due to a fault or an accident - we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.
Because we know that repairing products is better for the environment (and your bank balance) than replacing them. Keeping your gear in play is better than throwing it away.
Due to their exclusive and limited-run nature, Limited Edition products are not eligible for full replacement under the Lifetime Guarantee. If a Limited Edition product breaks, we will still honour the guarantee, but the broken part will be replaced with the closest standard equivalent - not a Limited Edition component.
Accidental damage includes unexpected incidents that occur during normal use — things like:
Dropping your glasses during a run or ride
Sitting on them by mistake
A fall from your helmet or pocket
We understand life happens, and if damage occurs as part of everyday, active use, we’ll do our best to put it right.
What isn't considered accidental damage?
We cannot cover damage resulting from:
Intentional misuse or neglect (e.g. purposefully bending frames, or keeping the sunglasses in an unsafe space)
Repeated damage in a short time frame that suggests improper use
Excessive force or modification to parts (e.g. sanding, reshaping, customising)
We assess claims on a case-by-case basis, and where it’s reasonable to consider the breakage accidental, we’ll honour the guarantee.
Our guarantee does not cover lens scratches, general wear and tear from standard use, loss or theft. Alteration, misuse, or abuse will void this guarantee.
To submit a claim, please contact us. Once your claim is approved, send your SunGods to the specified address and we will repair or replace the damaged parts at no charge.
For products claimed under our Lifetime Guarantee, customers are responsible for paying the postage to us, while SunGod will cover the return postage.
If the claim is due to a manufacturing fault or the product arrived damaged, SunGod will cover both the outgoing and return postage in full.
For customers outside the UK, a nominal return shipping fee may apply.
Our Lifetime Guarantee is built on trust and fairness. We reserve the right to review and reject claims if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, including but not limited to, frequent or excessive claims that appear inconsistent with normal wear or typical usage.
Our goal is to support genuine customers and ensure the policy remains fair and sustainable for everyone.
This guarantee does not affect your legal rights under applicable UK laws or regulations governing the sale of consumer goods.
In the case of any written or implied guarantee breach, the consumer’s remedy is limited to repair or replacement with an identical or equivalent style, at SunGod’s discretion.
