Can I divert my order to a courier collection point?

Absolutely, once you have received the tracking information for your chosen courier, you will be able to request that this is diverted to a courier collection point if this is more convenient for you! 😎

If your SunGod order is being delivered by DHL, please click HERE to divert your package to a DHL Service Point or Locker.

If your SunGod order is being delivered by Evri, please click HERE to divert your package to an Evri Parcelshop or Locker of your choice.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you wish to change the delivery address on your order, please email us as soon as possible at support@sungod.co with the order number and the new address you wish to use instead.

Once your order has already been despatched and handed over to the courier, we are no longer able to update the delivery address for your order. Some couriers offer on-demand address changes which are accessible directly through the courier service. Please find a list of those below:

Evri – You can use your Evri tracking link or the Evri app to divert your parcel to a nearby neighbour, safe place, or ParcelShop. If these options aren’t available because the parcel is already in transit, you can try contacting Evri Customer Service to see if they can intercept or reroute it before delivery.
DHL – Visit DHL On Demand Delivery
to view available delivery options. Depending on the service and progress of your shipment, you may be able to change the delivery address, redirect to a service point, or reschedule delivery.
DPD – You can adjust your delivery date or delivery location through myDPD or the DPD App using your parcel number and postcode. In most cases, you can redirect to a neighbour, safe place, Pickup Shop, or a new address up until shortly before delivery.
Royal Mail – For eligible tracked services (e.g. Tracked 24 or Tracked 48), you can use the Change Delivery Options feature via your tracking link or the Royal Mail app to choose a safe place, neighbour, or local delivery office. Royal Mail doesn’t generally allow full address changes once a parcel is in transit, so if your order has already been shipped, we can’t guarantee that the address can be amended.

Can I make changes to the items in my order?

To make changes to the contents of your order, please contact us at support@sungod.co as soon as you realise you'd like to make a change. Our team will do their very best to amend the order for you! 😊 Please note, changes such as frame or lens options are possible provided the order has not already entered the dispatch process.

Our team moves quickly to get all orders shipped out quickly, so we can't guarantee that any requested changes will be actioned in time.

If your order has already been despatched, this means it has been handed over to our courier and we are no longer able to make any changes to your order. If your SunGods arrive and you'd still like to make this change then just submit a claim request and we'll be more than happy to help through a return for exchange.

Alternatively, you may place a new order for the desired items and return the original purchase for a refund. 🙌

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@sungod.co or start a chat conversation as soon as possible and provide the order number you wish to have cancelled. Always include accurate order details such as your full name, email, and order number in your requests to minimize delays.

Once your cancellation or return request is approved, a full refund will be processed. The refunded amount will typically appear in your account within 3-5 working days.

If your order has already been despatched, this means it has been handed over to our courier and we are no longer able to cancel it. However, you can simply refuse the delivery, or submit a claim request and we'll be more than happy to help through a return for refund. 😊
