Please start the process by submitting a Guarantee Claim using our Return Authorisation Form. As soon as we've received your claim we'll review it and get back to you within 2 working days.
To submit a claim you will need to have your original order number, and also photos of the issue that can be uploaded so our team can review your case and take the necessary actions to rectify the problem. Please check your spam/junk folders for our email if you have not heard from us within 2 working days.
